Silence about Job

While we are contemplating the sense of suffering, the water starts to boil in the tea kettle. The Book of Job in a captivating stage rendition by Piotr Cieplak touches on fundamental as well as trivial matters.

Drama, performance, lecture, monologue, songs and live music played by the band Kormorany. Metaphysics is found in everyday life. Coming to terms with own as well as others’ suffering may be so overwhelming that staying serious only makes things worse. Sometimes a laugh helps. When one is at loss for words, it is wise to remain silent – about our misfortunes, undeserved blows, the meaning of pain.
